Collaborations

Domestic and international collaborations

          The School has collaborated with organizations in the public and private sectors, both domestically and internationally, to develop programs, teaching, students and staff such as:

Graduate School of Applied Statistics (NIDA) together with Hanyan University, South Korea hosted an international conference.

          Graduate School of Applied Statistics, National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) together with Hanyang University, South Korea hosted the 26th international conference as organized by International ITAM Society (IITAMS) under the theme “Coming of the Intensely-Networked Cyber-Physical Meta-Universe”

          On 24 February B.E. 2566, the National Institute of Development Administration led by Professor Dr. Tippawan Lorsuwannarat, President, Assistant Professor Dr. Pramote Leunam, Dean of Graduate School of Applied Statistics along with the management team and School members hosted the “26th International Conference on IT Applications and Management” (ITAM) under the theme “Coming of the Intensely-Networked Cyber-Physical Meta-Universe” with Hanyan University, South Korea. Professor Nam Jae Cho, Chairperson of International Conference Committee and the team met with ‘NIDA’ Thailand to discuss collaboration with ‘Hanyang University, Korea’.

          On this occasion, the Committee visited NIDA Smart Logistics Center at the GS@S Smart Lab on Level 4 of Sayamboromrajakumari Building. Dr Akkaranan Pongsathornwiwat, Director of Smart Logistics and Supply Chain Management Program gave a presentation about the Center. Additionally, Assistant Professor Dr. Sarawut Chansuwan, Deputy Dean for Administration of Graduate School of Applied Statistics led a tour to NIDA Smart Compact City (NIDA S2C°) on Level M of Sayamboromrajakumari Building.

          The “26th International Conference on IT Applications and Management” by the International ITAM Society (IITAMS) was an international channel for exchanging opinions, knowledge and research progression. This occasion, the theme was “Coming of the Intensely-Networked Cyber-Physical Meta-Universe”, which the coverage extended to newly emerging technologies that impacted changes to work, life and businesses.

          There were interesting research topics at the conference including Digital Transformation of Industries, Data Strategies and Data-driven Innovations, Virtual International Collaboration, Meta-verse and Hyper Connectivity, Management of Intelligence Technology, ESG Business Sustainability and Environmental Resilience and so on.
